For 3-4 days I haven't been able to see 7TV emotes on Chatterino, but I can see them on Twitch chat.
Other thing too that I noticed is when I was trying to add/look for an emote I couldn't see the emotes on the website.
I also tried a few solutions here like flushing the dns, and changing dns but none of em worked.
