The website lets you upload any image even tho it doesn't meet the image requirements. What happens next is it gets automatically rejected but doesn't get deleted completely and it still exists in this limbo state in the "new" emotes section.

they dont show up on the profile
same thing happens with deleted emotes that were successfully processed and then deleted manually. Also deleted emotes dont get purged from existing emote sets
