Emotes don't load in some channels Google Chrome

On some channels the emotes don't load, there's an empty space.
I've already tested the 7TV extension and FFZ with the 7TV add-on active, and both didn't work

Try doing a hard refresh by typing /refresh in twitch chat

I tested it on edge too, to see if it was something to do with the cache, but it didn't work on edge either

Hey, I also have the same problem as johta, Im also from south america, I guess it could have something to do with that

I also tried what 21 said on the step by step, maybe it could be a mistake from my part, but anyways, since it happened out of no where, hopefully it'll fix itself the same way lol
