If it comes to worst, I'm sure a mod will be able to manually add the paint to your account if you provide the code as a sort of verification

from what i understand, the first code was bugged and fixed
Here's what happened to the first code: Redeem -> not getting paint -> Troy fixed it -> people need to redeem it again within ~5 minutes

I redeemed the first code, got the message saying it went through so I waited. Now I find out it was bugged and I don’t get the paint?? If this is correct it’s extremely disappointing

The code seemed to work for me and the paint appears in my inventory though doesn't change for me when I select it. I have other 7tv users confirm that they see it.

Hello, same problem. Redeemed Y7DL, got a confirmation message, but it is not in my account. Was patiently waiting for it and didn't want to bother, but I'll post something here just in case.

You can activate the code but you won't be able to use the paint since you're not a subscriber

Still no idea what is causing this.
Domos paint appears to other people and on a stream (ludwig's stream to be exact), but I still have my old paint displaying on my end
