For some reason all of my paint and badges disappeared despite years of service. I just cancelled my sub around 1-2 weeks ago and I still had 14 days of service remaining but it immediately removed my badges and everything and my 14 remaining days appear to have disappeared despite me having already paid for them

I think this is more of a payment issue so you could contact @violet falcon for help. You might be able to get a partial refund. It's strange that it removed everything after you opted out of renewal

@dark tendon your badges and paints won't be visible when you're not subscribed and it appears that you're not subscribed currently according to your profile

and they legally still owe me another 8 days since I last paid on 11/14

So they can either return me some time or I am going to chargeback because I am not receiving what I paid for

Note for Admin:

I've been paying for a 7tv subscription for the last 2+ years and decided to pause it.

When I went to pause my subscription within ~10-20 minutes it removed all of my 7tv cosmetics (badges & paint), despite it saying that I should have had around 14 days remaining in my subscription.

Ever since then, any time I visit my profile it tells me I have no cosmetics, even though I previously subbed for over 2 years. My last payment was on the 14th so I should still have membership until the 14th at least. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This is my third inquiry on the matter and I still have not received any reply or acknowledgement. I will be reaching out to my payment provider to chargeback for the time that I did not receive within the next 24 hours if I do not receive any further update. Thank you. @violet falcon

Based on the lack of update I understand your indecision is a decision and I will follow through with the partial chargeback for half of the month.

Thank you again for the service that you did partially provide. Even if the temporary access was deceptive and predatory. Cheers.

Case has been created. Extremely disingenuous to remove access to everything I have rightfully earned over years of service without any notice. So much for "pausing" a subscription...
