Issue assigning Emote Set to linked Twitch channel

I am an Editor, attempting to assign an Emote Set to a linked Twitch channel. I'm accessing this by clicking the wrench icon under the emote set, and clicking the box under the 'Assign to channel(s)' (Twitch in this case) area of the modify menu. When I check this box and select save changes, it's as if I did nothing after I do so.
