#Error: failed to upload emote (500 ) After Deleting Emote

So I am getting this Error after I delete an Emote. The effect last like an hour or 2 hours or the server just coincidentally keep going down after this. Is there something that punishes me for deleting an Emote and then I can not upload for a while?
