custom channel emotes not loading as a viewer

when i go into a stream most of the time channel emotes wont load, ill have to completely close out of all google chrome tabs, then open chrome back up and hope it works, ill have to repeat that upwards of 10 times sometimes just to get emotes to load, ive reinstalled chrome, cleared my cookies, reinstalled 7tv, nothing works, idk what else to do
