It's not working for a few of us, not only me, we already submitted new emotes and tried again later and yet it won't load. It's been like 5 minutes and won't even submit either

My friend has been trying to upload emotes during weeks and he told me to submit this one I showed because it won't let him to submit

So I tried it with the same emote and it won't submit either for me, I don't know, it looks something to do with png format

Because I recall submitting gifs and no issues
