I thought I fixed the constant crashing of the twitch tab by enabling hardware acceleration in chrome settings, but after a few days it appears that the problem persists.
The tab becomes unresponsive after a while (nothing happens when I hover on anything inside the tab). The extension completely breaks and forces me to restart the browser for it to work again (simply opening a new tab doesn't fix the problem, meaning that I can watch streams but with no 7TV)
I'm losing hope 
Edit: Apparently this is a common/known issue that the devs are already investigating ? If so, I will just suffer until a solution is found once and for all.. I guess ?
