Hello, I've been trying to upload a few new emotes but after uploading I've noticed that the timings on 7TV are different from what they're supposed to be - as you can see in the attached pictures from EZgif, what's supposed to be 250 milliseconds becomes 160 milliseconds after it's uploaded to 7TV. When uploaded to Discord or other platforms, the timings are fine so it appears to be a 7TV issue. Thanks for looking at it.

What file format are you using for the emote?

GIF? WEBP? AVIF?

#

I'm guessing it’s a GIF since you might have used the GIF maker on EZgif. You could try converting it to WEBP using EZgif’s GIF to WEBP converter: https://ezgif.com/gif-to-webp. After that, try uploading the WEBP file to 7TV and see if the timing stays accurate. Sometimes, changing the format can help with these timing issues.

Yeah there are definitely some issues with how the 7TV image processor handles frame timings

It only seems to be very recent, I've been doing it the same way for over a year. @visual stratus Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give WEBP a try.

@visual stratus Thanks for the tip, WEBP works perfectly.
