I was told to make a thread for the devs to check and see if they can fix my issue, so here
These are the 3 times I have ever been gifted a 7tv sub:
• Last year, 12/14/2023, if you did a vote, you would earn an exclusive badge and paints (this is the tweet about it https://x.com/NymnNewYear/status/1735405868575830411)

My issue is that I realized I'm supposed to keep all the badges and paints I have ever unlocked no matter what, even when I don't consecutively sub or get gifted every month, and it's not the case for me.
You can see I still have the freedom paint, the bug is only for my nnys badge and paints
