The image I uploaded was intended as a harmless, funny picture, and I believe it didn’t violate any guidelines. Could you please review my case? If there was an issue, I would appreciate any clarification on what I may have done wrong to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

You have received a restriction on uploading emotes because you re-uploaded something that was removed 3 times.

1. Intention is not to be determined by you, it is by the mods
2. Believing that you know the moderation guidelines is not a good way to understand why you were applied with a restriction

We don't necessarily have a time basis for how long a restriction should last, but repeated behavior in not understanding that this emote cannot be uploaded does not work well in your favor.

Are you saying I've been permanently banned? How come there's no set timeframe? And what should I do, where do I submit an appeal?

You are still able to use the platform, so you are clearly not banned, just not able to upload, you will have to wait some time before being able to upload emotes again
