#3:1 Proportion

can you post the image you try to upload here?
(also sub doesn't matter for this, everyone can upload wide emotes)
yea, that's way too wide
But I have also seen on other channels such long only somehow bigger and with good quality
try to make it the file you want to upload 384x128px. If you want to keep the aspect ratio as it is you can also add just transparency around it

Btw subscription gives me something more or just a colorful nickname and, in theory, faster acceptance time for them?
A subscription gives you name paints, badges, mod queue priority, animated profile pictures and personal emote sets
Whats give me personal emote sets?
Bcs i dont have idea whats it gives me
like this personal emote set
Bcs if im mod in channel of some streamer it gives me smth at all?
with adding emotes/
it gives you a new emote set. emotes you added here (that are approved for personal use) can be used in any chat, regardless of what emotes they have there
Oh i see i see okay thx
Its kinda not working
you need to wait for the emotes to be approved as personal emotes, thats why theres a small icon next to them
But like its accepted so its need double verefication when i want to add it to personal?
yes cuz personal usage has stricter rules
Okay and how long with sub i need to wait for emotes but not personal, general emotes for channels?
+/-
a couple of days at most, usually
oh so kinda long its manually checkd?
regular emotes should be fairly fast (at most 2 days~)
personal usage can be longer or shorter, all depends on how busy the emote queue is
Okay and last one can you help me with that? Bcs its giving me 3:1 error proportion and i cant add it and i have no clue have to add it with good quallity
you need to keep the dimensions of the emote up to 3:1 ratio
So how i can do that?
Yea but how with black squares or smth? its not gonna be bad looking?
I would really appreciate this help
if you have an editing program (like photoshop for example) you can check what size your image is
if you dont have a program like that, you can try editing the image online (in a site like ezgif)
its really not complicated, resize and crop it so it fits within a 3:1 size
But quallity will be bad
you can try with this version I just made. This one should work. Don't worry too much about quality. Emotes are so small in chat, minor differences in quality basically will not be noticable
Omg thank u so much
I write you priv can you check?
