lags at start emoticon

The emoticons that I upload to 7TV are played with a delay of a second with each animation cycle. This started a few days ago, there are no problems with the old emoticons. What could be causing this problem? I make emoticons in DaVinci resolve, I didn’t change the settings in the program

the problem remains, I tried to change the browser, account, even tried from the phone - nothing helped. I changed video formats, installed different codecs, only using the GIF format helped, but it takes up too much space and it is impossible to make long emoticons. Later I will try to update the program, I do not know what the problem could be.

I converted it to a GIF file and it worked fine

I used this site to convert the mp4 file as well as optimize it so that it doesn't exceed the file size limit:
