I renewed my subscription on Oct 20. I confirmed with paypal and bank that the transaction went through and posted. But I have no subscription. Can this please be rectified?

Nothing in a week? For a customer that's been paying for the service for over 18 months. Am I posting in the wrong place? Still no subscriber benefits despite paying on October 20.
