I had old paints from 2021, like Anniversary (the one I used), Metallic, Lollipop and the Candy Cane one. I had around 50 paints in total. And today I noticed missing paint on my nickname. I went to sub page and there is no my old paints and 31 of them only left. What happened? I really need my Anniversary paint back, I only subbed just to use it
I had the Anniversary paint like 2 days ago
The original account was named JIHADboy420, it was merged with the new one jboy42o with all data moved.

this screenshot was taken by me on August 20 of this year, I showed how to use the Zonian website, the screenshot shows the current paints at that time, confirming the ownership of the Anniversary paint and other old paints, I ask you to sort out this situation, I can confirm this and show screenshots of correspondence indicating the dates

I'm having this same issue. My sub lapsed for the first time in ages and now I"m missing usb badges I had (I was a couple into animated) and I'm missing the rainbow Pride paint that glows (may others I'm sure, but that was my favorite). I hope this gets resolved soon :/
