Hi there, recently I noticed that my name paint was missing, so I checked my paints and it no longer exists there. The same thing goes for my badge. I had an animated badge, but now it seems to think that I haven't been subbed long enough to have that.
Paint I am for sure missing is the Rainbow variant of the Pastel paint. I think it might have been called, "Pride". It had the colors of the rainbow paint, but had the glow of the "Pastel" paint if that makes sense.
Steps to Reproduce
Simply go to my sub page and realize that they aren't there to equip anymore.
Expected Behavior
To go to that page and equip things I've been using for a LONG time.
Other notes:
I don't know if this is related, but I changed my payment method, because my card was no longer valid, so my sub was canceled for the first time in over 2 years, I believe. I re-added a payment method and my sub is active, but I'm missing things.
Also want to note that I'm not sure if it's related, but I was having issues with getting the emote variants to work (the origin stuff is gone now), and it deleted all of my base emotes out of my "spooky" set...I thought it was a bug, so I disconnected my Twitch being linked and reconnected it. It didn't fix it and I know you guys are aware of that from the known issues, but I just wanted to mention it in case it is somehow related to this.
I included a picture to show you what it says I own. I joined in 2021 and I haven't been subbed all of that time, but I've been subbed a lot of it. I'm not sure when I first started continuous sub, but it's been quite a while.
