Is there any chance that developers can add the ability to assign multiple names to the emotes of the channel, with 7tv.app website? For example, I would like the same KEKW emotion to be displayed when the user writes in chat "lol","kekw","ahaha" etc.

Also ability to define that emote triggers (names) is case insensitive would be nice. So I dont need to write all variations of "KEKW", "kekw", "Kekw" etc, just single one of them.

the first one you can already do via gql api, but I don't think you can do that via website
Thanks. Can you provide any working example of this gql api integration or link to some 7tv documentation which covers this? I cant find it.
And just curious, are devs reading suggestions here, in help threads? Is there any way to send suggestion directly to them?
you can open network tab on 7tv website, add the emote and see gql request for yourself
They're reading this channel from time to time
there's also #1211078843721322587
there's also https://7tv.io/v3/gql/playground
Xslash is correct: we currently support 1st via api not website and 2nd isnt possible and we likely wont add support for it.
Got it. I just hope someday maybe you find a time to implement this on website and in extension, so everyone can use custom multi-names for emotes.
Thank you and your whole team for all the cool work you do! Have a good day.
