they got split into two emotes because versions are no longer a feature, every version in the new backend is a separate emote, so if they end up merged it's basically the same as deleting one of them. merging can be done, but for that you should just report the emote
and we would normally only merge if they are identical duplicates, so not sure why they would be uploaded as different versions in the first place
