I don't know what happened but it seems to me that it was mixed with someone else's emote, I did it before the 2024 worlds to use on a lol channel and I always put my emotes in the organization packs, I don't use anyone else's emote

that's the problem, if an emote already exists on 7tv and someone reports the new one as a duplicate, it's merged into the original one
so probably someone just saw it and reported

you should search if an emote already exists on 7tv, if it does, use this one, if you upload one despite it being already there it will either be removed by mods (we don't always do that because it's impossible to remember every single emote on the platform) or it might be reported by someone later on as a duplicate of their emote and merged into the original uploader's emote
