I had my personal emotes accepted and added to my personal emotes set but for some reason I can only use them on my own channel chat and not in other chats, it don't show me the set in other chats, would appreciate your help

just make sure global/channels emotes work first, disable others extension, clear cache, also try login in the extension

so it works as channel emotes too
