No paint or badges even though sub was renewed

Hi!
I've been a 7TV sub for more than 2 years non stop, I just reconnected to 7TV after a week and all my badges and paints are locked.
The subscription renew has been paid yesterday, I have the proof on Paypal.
I saw some people having the same issue, with the solutions being "it will resolve itself":

Is that still right? Or what should I do?

dm @late vigil with your 7TV profile and email used for payment for a refund. All of your badges/paints will automatically reappear once you get a new sub
