Hello,

I am having a couple issue with my 7TV account/subscription.

1. Since the recent changes on your guys end, i no longer have my paints and it i appears i have lost my subscription. I was paying via Paypal, wonder if this is broken as per the message in #news

2. I cannot link my discord account with this 7tv/twitch account. It is telling me that my discord is linked to another account? I think this may have been caused by renaming my twitch a while back...

or you can make a twitch alt, link it to the discord account, unlink discord and then link discord to main

im assuming https://7tv.app/users/01GYFRQS1G000BPPF5S63WMMXX this account is where you had an active sub since you have personal emotes and it was created in 2023

as for the paints and badges, they are there, you just cant see them without an active sub

if you were paying with paypal and your renewal was due on sunday, it might not have been processed correctly

DM @languid garnet for a refund (send your profile and email used for payment) and re-subscribe with stripe on the main account
