uploading an emote of size 32x128 (which multiple of which have been able to been uploaded before) fails to upload for whatever reason (emote i'm trying to upload)

upload failing when trying to upload a thin image (32x128), which exists on 7tv and was able to be uploaded before migration i assume (emote im trying to upload)
also sorta related but mini/small emotes have existed before but now when trying to upload a small emote it automatically resizes to 128x128, even if its not divisible
