After the recent update, there is no way to copy some else's emotes to your own set anymore. Is this a bug or just removed?

It was removed. I think there will be option for that on a new website but we'll have to wait for it

for now you can use 3rd party bots to duplicate your emote set, replace emotes there and use it as an active one
