#File size limit changed to 2MB?

Before the migration, I could upload emotes up to 7MB (I use .webp format). Now I am unable to upload anything larger than 2MB. Is this an intended change?

"EmoteUpload.vue:263 POST https://7tv.io/v3/emotes 413 (Payload Too Large)" in the console.
