Hello 😛 I bought yesterday subscribe on 7tv while the website got many problems and I don't get it. I was waiting couple of hours to fix those problems and I thought it will fix my problem and get sub but no. I woke up today and still i didn't get my subscirbe :/ Below I gave you some screenshots that shows it I bought subscribe and still don't get it. My nickname on twitch is - thekiel_00

Some subscriptions that were bought during our migration might not show yet. But all of them will correct themselves eventually.

hi , sorry but i think i have the same problem, I have subscribed to you for more than a year and yesterday was the day of automatic renewal with Pay Pal but both on the site and on Twitch there is no sub , may u help me?

I also have the exact same issue. Been subbed for 21 months, paypal auto renewed on the 20th of october and now the subscription is no longer showing. Username Wado_0
