When opening another channels page all the 7tv emotes don't auto complete anymore, only way to fix is to refresh the page.

do you open the new stream in a second tab? Because that's then unfortunately just how the current extension works 
Having multiple twitch tabs open at the same time often leads to problems because of the way presence works with the extension
