I go to enable a paint and a badge in the 7tv website, and then go to type in a twitch chat and both of them don't show up but I can see other peoples paints and badges.

you arent subscribed, only subscribers can equip and use paints (except for a couple of specific paints)

that's weird cause I swear I still had like half of a month left on the subscription and I had it so it automatically renews

or when was the last time you paid

if you cant find a recent one, check you payment history through your bank account/paypal

yeahh I can't find anything, are you able to check the date I first subscribed or no? cause I know it renewed automatically for every single month
