that channel doesn't have any emotes enabled, the set is not active

We are considering to debug this sometime soon . With other global fixes as well. I'll focus on this as well, It seems like an edge issue. Hence on Chrome it runs smoothly with no issue whatsoever

Cuz even on firefox or any other browser, It works fine, It's just it seems like an Edge-Broswer issue

Edge way of downloading extentions is basically using Chrome's store as well. So I think this is just an Edge-Browser issue, And I will be debugging it and finding a fast and quick solution for this.
