its a friend of mines issue he says this happens every time he's tried cache, uninstall/reinstall, signout/in, antivirus tried incognito, different browser

not really because its a problem on the site, not the extension, but yes he should use nightly too

you could ask him to press f12 and copy console tab to see if there are some errors

or try ipconfig /flushdns or set a different DNS, there were some issues with DNS that would prevent loading emotes but website would be a first
