#Twitch name paints and emotes not working properly

I had subbed at the very beginning of 7tv, and last I remeber I did a "for life sub." None the of twitch chat paints/emotes are working for me anymore. I've noticed this issue probably a month and half ago, but I didn't realize to ask in here until now. I have a name paint and a badge selected, but they don't show anymore. Now I have a subscribe option again when that wasn't there previously. Any help would be appreciated

I can see in the subscribe thing that there are new badges for 2.75 years, and my last one is 2 years, was the forever option removed and I need to do a monthly basis now? if so, how does it get resolved when I paid more in the beginning to not have to do the monthly thing and now it seems that doesn't exist

if I am wrong about the "forever" option that is completely fine and I can get it fixed on my end. Would it be possible to get any form of proof or logs about that so it can settle my mind. Thank you
