#Person can't edit their own emotes, but their editors can

truuue
I haven't personally used emote sets from anyone besides myself before
I saw no indication that they were using additional sets on that page
might not be a bad idea to publicly show which emote sets are enabled
would actually be good to be able to see if you have a emote-set added to your own emote-set. I guess that might come with the new api and all of that as origins was a experimental feature?

well the new website is supposed to have a way to just straight up copy other peoples set
so the origins feature wont be necessary
ohhhh
🙏 my original intention for the feature
the ability to use an "origin" (enabling a set owned by someone else) is still a useful feature though
but it needs a better way to handle when it goes over the max emote count
if designed properly, it could reduce overhead of people adding the same trending emotes
because they would already be in one of the existing chats
like adding xqc's emotes as a starting point
but it needs to be done in a way that reduces overhead instead of increasing it
having to be an editor on xqc's channel to add his set is a bit of an ask tho
so hopefully that isn't needed
I wish there was a way to get seasonal emotes to other sets automatically or atleast be able to search for other versions easier
This has non to do with anything really.. but ye
exactly
yep lol
they should take notes of this frfr..
(they prolly already had these requests for a long time anyways, but fuccc id love that feature to be a thing)
