@small notch so, basically i noticed that money got taken from my bank and I thought I removed the payment method. I guess not and I can't login back into the account which it was set up on, as it was created before the whole update thingy for the account names/creating accounts.

so, the account which has that payment method saved, cant be removed as i dont know the name or idk how to find a way to login. (forgot the name of said account too)

and yeah, i cant do much either. I've been looking through all my emails to see if theres a username but there isn't for some reason

and ive paid again thinking it was gone remove it, but this time i used my paypal which i thought i used when i first brought my sub so i got confused when i saw the payment

i change my username a lot on twitch lol but none of the names i tested was the account

i know my kick username too, but it has a different name from the account i used on the 7tv site

@small notch I apologize for barging in so abruptly, I just saw the topic that I am interested in and decided to inquire so as not to create a new one. ultra briefly: I changed the payment method and 7tv charged 3 times. I wrote to Kathy 3 days ago in personal messages, but I have not received a reply. am I waiting for a reply from her or should I create an appeal?
