My problem is the following:
I have the 'Show mention highlight' turned on and the two highlight rows are added automatically with this feature turned on. This includes the 'mentioned you' and 'replying to you' highlights. However I can't seem to be able to change the original color (red) to any other color without it changing back to red after refreshing the site. I can change the color of the other highlight rows I've made and those work fine.
I could turn this feature off and just add my @ as a new highlight and then change the color of that. However if I do this I wont be able to get highlights on the direct replies I get to my chat messages.
I have just clean installed my windows so I have the latest version of my browser (Firefox 130.0) and have freshly installed the 7tv add-on (version 3.1.1). I had this same problem before the fresh install. I tried to look if someone else had this problem and it got solved but I didn't find any posts.

So at the moment you unfortunately can't change the color of those 2 entries. But I'll try to fix this for a future update
