Same for me, 10-15 minutes ago it worked for me. I opened the website again and logged out of the account, when I tried to log in I got the error that you sent in the screenshot.

I deleted data and cookies only from 7TV and it now lets me log in.

Site and API went down, but everything should slowly recover now Okay
