Emotes not loading

Sometimes my emotes won't load, it only happens for 7TV emotes, they won't show until i click the chatter
Sometimes i even have to reload my page multiple times because they only show as text
I have cleared my cache and nothing changes

I've tried both and same issue on both

I'll try this and see if this helps, no way to tells instantly cause sometimes happens, sometimes it doesnt
