Emote constantly getting removed, no feedback

Hey, I'm creating a totally safe for work emote, that is just a resize of the default twitch smile :), but it is constantly being removed after 24 hours or so. I don't understand what is the issue, or if there is some problem, but it is a fun feature of this channel to have three different sized of the same emote in a row (as if they are getting bigger or smaller).
