I use the Xtra app for Twitch, and none of the 7tv emotes are visible. Both in live chat and VoD chat. Temporarily enabling a VPN fixes this, but is too slow to watch any streams or VoDs.

dankchat also doesn't show emotes, just text. the other 2 apps are unusable for me.

I do use dankchat and it can show 7tv emotes, are you sure you enabled it in settings?

not really, cant even see it in google play
try adding a chat and then going into menu -> more -> reload emotes
if not maybe troubleshoot with dankchat dev but that is definitely a feature of dankchat

my inital issue isnt with dankchat, i only installed it of because i was asked to here. xtra can be found here: https://github.com/crackededed/Xtra/releases/tag/latest

if it's not something that's even published on google play then I suggest you contact the dev on github for troubleshooting, nothing we can do on our side
it's not really an issue with 7tv but with this app, so we can't provide proper support

if we're talking about mobile app it could be a bit different so you'd have to look up changing DNS on your device
