Update Payment Method not Working

Clicking on "Update Payment Method" does nothing.
Will canceling my subscription and resubbing reset my progress?

Iirc you can't update if you have renewal on. Click do not renew and then wait for the sub to end to change payment method. No it will not reset your progress
