  1. Chose any smiles from last 7tv "groups of emoticons", I think it can be called that or chose it from win+. (screen 1)
  2. Send a message to chat. May add some bait for fun 🙂 (screen 2)
  3. Click on it.
  4. Enjoy frozen page for like 1+ min. (screen 3, actually idk how to screen frozen page)

I asked other people to click on the smiley, two of them froze, two didn't, everyone had 7tv installed, so I have no idea why this happened.
