I reinstalled the app several times, the pop up menu shows up like this and today the emotes stopped showing up. I tried both version of the app - same result

about the extension not working, try fully close it by killing it in task manager

Closing the browser helped, but it didn't help the first 2 times, though.
And the issue with the pop up menu still there, but I don't care about it as much.

are u using chrome-based browser?

#

if you are, close it in the system tray should work straight away
