This might be an old problem, but a channel I mod for doesn't show any 7tv emotes. It randomly stopped yesterday. I was told to undownload bttv and any other extension and keep FFZ and use the extensions through there. I tried, nothing works. I reset my cache n stuff too. The weird thing is, 7tv works with any other channel BUT the one I mod for. Did I mess up a setting?

I have the same issue - I only see Global emotes in their channel, but in other channels I see the channel emotes too.
Oh fixed it :) their emote set was changed to their Personal Emotes rather than to the Channel emotes, I edited the emote set and ticked 'Assign to channel(s)' which fixed it.
