it's bugged at the moment. To get all the badges you should have unlocked by now click on no not renew. After that you should get all the badges and you can click on continue subscription afterwards again

I'm not sure if you will have the Do Not Renew button if u update your payment method. But yeah no solutions yet.

There's a problem with that too, as there are no payment methods available in my area. For this reason, I bought a subscription through a third-party service.
