I did not initially have an animated avatar. I had a subscription of 3 tier, I have confirmation of all payments. And, of course, all my subscriptions have disappeared and my account has been reset. I guess it's because of the nickname change on twitch, how to resolve this situation

there is not much you can do now

#

follow the instructions and wait for the account merge

#

you can still log in to your old account by rightclicking the sign in button

#

but the cosmetics etc wont work without a twitch connection
