I want to use widetime (https://7tv.app/emotes/65f0d7f62639d0e6f2c211d2) as a personal emote, it's trending. It won't let me use it as a personal emote cause it says 0 channels are using it

Try to add it as a personal emote

I want it in my personal emotes :)

it's a known bug where emote channel usage isn't updated
maybe a mod can override the requirement since its clearly popular

Yeah I figured it was known, just wanted to know if an exception for this one could be made since it's obviously a popular one yeah

I think even if it had 50 channels it would not be accepted as personal emote, because it's a wide emote. As far as I know no wide or 0 width emotes are allowed

May I ask why wide emotes aren't allowed in personal?

mostly to not bother streamers/chatters that doesn't like wide emotes on chat

Hi! I'm commenting on this thread rather than opening another one for the same question/reason (as per the guidance).
This emote is on the trending page but shows 0 channels, and is yet to be approved or denied for personal use.
It would be great if the emote could be reviewed and hopefully approved for personal use (I don't believe it falls under any category to be denied?).
