but in this case

it seems that the ISP has blocked cloudflare's ips itself

and left our ips unblocked

Finally found a temporary fix:

•use a vpn and connect to another region
•go to 7tv.app and load all the emotes or just go to your favorite streamer and load all the emotes there
•disconnect from the vpn
•you dont have to do this everytime you open your pc the emotes should load even after you restart/shut down your pc

cloudflare warp only have split tunnel exclude option where I can exclude ip / domains to be connected to it.

I messaged the PLDT support page that I can't access the cdn.7tv.app site and the other one but I only got a bot reply, so I didnt think anything would happen. so im surprised its fixed this morning
