Vertical black box when clicking extension on Chrome

I expect many have had this problem but im not sure and was wondering, i installed 7tv yesterday and subscribed for it to work fine for the duration of a stream i was moderating. Then it seemed to stop working an hour or so later randomly, now whenever i try to load into 7tv extension in Chrome extensions it gives a vertical black box with nothing to click or if i load the extension else where when i complete all steps it just closes the extension. If anyone could help it would be appreciated 🤟
