Twitch lags

for the second day in Google Chrome Twitch and YouTube are lagging because of 7tv, I cleared the cache and history, it didn’t help, as soon as I disable the 7tv extension, Twitch stops lagging

Yep, same here. Just started yesterday and continuing today. If you are only watching it is mostly fine, but interacting with the emote menu, chat, player controls, etc. is very sluggish, for lack of a better word. Emotes also take an eternity to appear in the menu, if they do at all. Disabling the 7tv Chrome extension makes everything run smoothly again, so it is definitely an issue either with 7TV or its integration.
